Job Summary

In this role, you are expected to:

šŸ“Lead and execute high quality project management support to Visa clients and processors to ensure client expectations are exceeded šŸ“Coordinate directly with clients to analyze card program setup requirements to implement Visa products and services to support the business and formulate implementation solutions šŸ“Confidently manage client in parallel to product developments and a changing landscape šŸ“Build and enhance positive working relationships with key Visa client institutions, processors, and internal stakeholders šŸ“Be able to communicate complex, technical concepts in a focused and well-organized manner šŸ“Be able to learn and acquire knowledge in modern technologies in keeping step with market developments šŸ“Good analytical skills, not just for problem analysis, but to use technical acumen for reviewing appropriateness of technical or project documents and in integrating systems solutions šŸ“Orientation towards quality enhancement and process improvement šŸ“Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, risk/mitigation plans, status reports, and issues logs to enhance internal and external communications šŸ“Represent client system and operational requirements to internal Visa organizations šŸ“Be an active contributor in the creation of a high-performing, supportive, and inclusive team culture

What you will need:

šŸ“We are looking for an individual who brings breadth of experience, a curiosity about payments, is results-driven and client focused. As a candidate, you should have: šŸ“Bachelorā€™s Degree or equivalent qualification šŸ“A minimum of 8+ yearsā€™ experience in a customer support role in financial services, payment card, software, or information services šŸ“Ability to successfully manage competing priorities while serving as a positive influence across the organization šŸ“Excellent project management skills šŸ“Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills. šŸ“Demonstrated ability to articulate complex technical terms or processes into business language
